Techniques for requesting more information about a specific account.
This page demonstrates several methods of linking from the account information in a Product Grid, or Standard Information Layout, to the Contact Us Form, the Secure Email Function the in iCore Go Banking application, or using the email client on you home computer.
Option #1 (Standard Business Account in the Product Grid below) Links the user to our Contact Us Form which sends a request for the bank to contact you for more information on several selectable topics.
Option #2 (Performance Saver Account in the Product Grid below) Links the User to iCore GoBankings' Secure Email Function hosted on our secure server. This option sends the bank a secure, encrypted communication of the information you enter/request, and then the bank can contact you with it's reply.
This option must be activated and set up by your DCI web Specialist.
Option #3 (Money Market Accounts in the Product Grid below) Launches the email client on your computer, and generates a pre addressed email with the subject line already filled out, and a request for information about the specific account already included in the message section if you choose those options.
Option #4 (Business Savings Account in the Product Grid below) Is the same as option #3 but while the email that is generated is pre-addressed, it does not have a pre-filled subject line, an no pre-filled text, so you can use it to request and information you would like.
As always, we do not recommend sending ANY personal information, account numbers, or other account information over ANY of these email systems except for the Secure Email System in iCore GoBankings Internet Banking Application option.

Another method would incorporate the use of the CTA (Call to Action) Button from the Styles menu in the HTML Content Module to activate any of the email options mentioned above. The Secure email Option must be set up by your DCI Web Specialist.
